Situated south of Pico Blvd. between Lincoln Blvd. and the Pacific Ocean and running south to the Venice district of Los Angeles, Ocean Park is very much a beach community. Many homes are built on narrow lots designed to accommodate more dwellings per block and are highly prized by those who desire to be within walking distance of the beach.

Prices can start from around $1.2 million for a 2-bedroom/ 1-bath bungalow and progress to as much as $3.5 million for a larger home near the beach. Condos can be found running from the upper $400,000’s for a 1-bedroom condo to larger units in the $1.5-$2.3 million range with close ocean views or “on the sand.”
